William 'Will' Thibodeau grew up in a small town in Quebec called Saint-Lin-des-Laurentides. The film industry has always been an appeal to Will who took a few background roles as a kid.

In 2020, Will moved to Laval to study filmmaking at College Montmorency. A few years later, in 2022, Will moved to Ottawa to study Scripwriting at Algonquin College. The connections he made at Algonquin College gave him the opportunity to work as a Location Production Assistant on a TV movie.

Will then worked for a year and a half as a production assistant. He took on several other jobs with different production companies in Ottawa. With a few exception here and there. During that time, Will also directed an award winning short called Morning Routine. And later, he got hired to work on an episode of The Amazing Race Canada. Will mainly worked with one company in Ottawa that gave him the opportunity to learn about the grip/lighting trade. Between February 2024 and August 2024, Will worked on 7 features as a Swing Grip/Electric.

In August 2024, Will made the decision to move to Toronto. Will quickly started to work on passion projects, commercials, proof of concepts and so on. In October 2024, Will got hired as a Production Coordinator at TFO. Will has departed that position in May 2025.

As so, the adventure continues....
